First home buyers BEWARE! We were called by Paul Carrington 4 days before our settlement date and told he had not sent our kiwisaver application. He told us "you need to borrow $30,000 from a family member to pay the seller and we will get the kiwisaver money to you asap and you can pay your family member back no worries." Kiwisaver then rejected the application as it was past settlement date and we now owned a home. This law firm has essentially stolen $30,000 from young hardworking first home buyers with barely an apology. We have since learnt that this malpractice is common from this law firm. Stay away.

My experience was a breeze. Fast, efficient, no stress and a friendly team! Couldn’t ask for better. Also loved the antique decor!. Highly recommend
