Went to order frozen yoghurt and it didn't fail my expectations! Paid $10 for a full tub of yoghurt without toppings. Tried the taro flavour according to reviews and it didn't disappoint me. According to some reviews the floor is dirty. When I went there, it was not busy and the floor was dirty but maybe it was cleaned earlier. The staff attended to me then on my way out he went to clean the floor. The staff was polite and accommodating. Overall, I'd prefer to have the yoghurt as a take away, the venue is not really that inviting for me but the taste was spot on! Venue will probably be more appealling to younger ones. Just a recommendation to the owner: Please help the environment by using biodegradable spoons. I went here again on a second time and had some more Taro flavoured yoghurt! Floor is actually clean but just old.
Sooo yum Today I went to this store to try something different as I heard about it. And I was really impressed by the concept as well as the yummy yogurt I had. It was mouth watering. Yes I recommend this place for those who really want to try something else as a substitute of Ice cream Try it and enjoy it. Thank you
Wow so expensive. So disappointed I didn't just go to Coles and get a couple of Halo Tops. First and last time I Froyo. Now I have half eaten tubs of Froyo in the freezer so I can try to spread my $22.50 over a couple of nights. Actually just embarrassed.
Amazing place to have customized youghurt..... loved it
Plenty of flavours to choose from, but the plain yoghurt was a fail, not even sure what it tasted like, lots of the toppings has gone stale or soggy, so overall, lots of room for improvement. The positive is that the staff was very helpful and kind.
Machines were dirty - needs a good wipe down. Tables are sticky The swinging seats are cool however the table shouldn’t be moving.... it’s not stable. Staff sit on their phone, can’t even get a smile from them. Nutella yoghurberry has no taste.
DISGUSTING doesn't even come close to describing this place, I strongly advise people to stay away! The floors were so dirty, the furniture was dirty and falling apart, the glass above the FOOD was so dusty I don't think it's been cleaned in a very long time, there were flies on the FOOD, I hope something gets done ASAP and tfeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhh
Some of the machines were out of order. I could see black bits in some of the toppings and steered far away from them. Staff was clearly uninterested in helping you. Even as I was paying their eyes were on their phone the entire time. And then as I was eating the yogurt I found suspicious bits in it too. I used to love Yogurberry but I would never go to this branch again.
I love Froyo but this place doesn't give the best experience.. I like the food and the price, but every time I've been the toppings just look gross.. the staff there only run the register it's self serve so I don't see why they can't clean up the toppings areas more frequently.. it just puts me off.
Very dirty shop inside. Holes in walls, lights not working, toilet door jammed and locked my wife inside for a moment. Otherwise the youghurt was good, although tasted more like icecream to me.
