We love Yogurbella. I will appreciate it if they provide Vegan options as well but my daughter loves the products and we are a regular customer here. The staff are friendly and the vibe is lovely.
Very dissatisfied with the customer service in store today. My daughter was walking to be seated on swinging chairs and while doing so knocked her arm on the ropes and dropped her yogurt. My daughter was visibly distraught. I made another cup only for the young team member to demand payment. I respectfully commented that as it was clearly an accident I won’t be paying another $12 dollars. Staff member refused to budge and demanded I pay again. With a clearly distressed child I’m very dissatisfied with the level of care and customer service shown. Coming from a retail background. I would never treat a customer in that manner.
The layout in this Yogurberry is well designed and flows well. Mirrored wall finishes make it seem open, hanging seats from the ceiling, central counter drawing you in with LED lighting and the illusion of a bulkhead. The service was nice. The location is not far from hoyts and compliments the other food eateries on the busy night strip.
Nice clean store , good selection of yoghurts and lots of fresh fruit toppings and yummy lollies for toppings . But be carefull they charge by weight and it gets very expensive very quickly , we got 2 small and it cost us $23.00 .
My daughter was so excited to go here because she loves yoghurt. The staff member was so nice and friendly. Quite a few flavours to pick from. Watermelon was my fave. Daughter absolutely loved the swing chairs!
I had this ice cream yesterday and it was so delicious and creamy it was the best yoghurt I’ve ever had in my 28 years of living it is so Yum all the flavours of a best go try it out it is only in Penrith and if you ever see

I love the yoghurt places like this and as one of the last in our area i am grateful we still have access. This is a small shop with a small selection. Today, 3 of the machines were broken leaving even a smaller choice. Still nice but was disappointed. Also, not sure about the toppings being out in the open in the current climate.

Well it isn't as good as yogurt land but it's good, I wish there are more flavours like yogurt land but ehh I suppose it's better than no yogurt. It is near the station which is a good thing and it is outside the shops which is also convenient. I would recommend it to try and see what you think. They also have add-ons ontop of the yogurt that's really good quality. They've also added gloves so you can put yogurt instead of using your hands which is really nice due to the handle for the yogurt being incredibly dirty from each hand that touches it. Overall it is great but they need to work out to have better original flavour yogurt and add more flavours to the current ones. They also have cute swing seats you can sit and swing in and it looks really modern shop wise.
