Trudy is absolutely a Lovely Lady. ( and not just saying that because we have the same name 😄).  Her classes are very enjoyable and she is not at all stuffy like some other yoga teachers I have been to. I would recommend Trudy to anyone looking for an enjoyable yoga class.

I love my classes at Yoga with Trudy.   I can leave the world behind while I'm nurturing my soul. I can then return home and be present for my family. Non judgemental and very supportive environment where everyone enjoys a chat after class.

Posting as Sarah Blanche - trudy is awesome! The best class and you come out a new person. Trudy allows you and encourages you to embrace yoga. I love my yoga class.

Started yoga with Trudy a month ago. Have had alot of trouble with my back and relaxing. Can't express enough how happy i am with the results. And all the positive energy that Trudy sends out
