Love all the classes

Lovely studio with instructors who take the time to correct your technique. So much better than yoga at a gym!

Our family loves teens and tweens yoga on Monday from 4-5pm. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and our best homework for the week happens after yoga with a relaxed, centred tween.

We particularly like the weekly Somatics class, also the events such as the “big relax”. Easy to get to and plenty of parking nearby.

Very lovely yoga sessions. Relaxing & very well instructed.

Yoga Spirit Studios is the most authentic yoga and wellbeing studio in Adelaide.
