Fabulous yoga studio with heart. Yoga Hotspot makes you feel welcome and provides a whole body + soul experience. The teaching staff are amazing and the studio is lovely, clean and full of friendly people.

I absolutely love Yoga Hotspot studio! The teachers are all very caring, especially Judith and the owner Dave. Judith suggested me what’s best for me to do or not if I’ve had an injury in the past. Dave is very accommodating and really look after every participant. I love the facilities as well - the studio and shower facility are spacious and very clean all the time. The timetable covers all level of classes which you can definitely find one that suits you best.

Yoga hotspot is such a great studio. Dave the owner is amazing, he comes up with such original and informative sequences. Can't recommend enough! The heat is set to a great temperature as well making you work and sweat that much more. Thank you yoga hot spot!

This studio is absolutely magical!! David and the team are incredible at what they do. There is an immediate sense of calm upom entering the premises and the studio itself is well set up. Nothing is a hassle for the staff. The culture is very respectful, energised and without pretense. Total gem.  Can hire a mat $2 and complimentary use of blocks, straps, resistance bands etc. Regulars store their mats at the studio. Location is easy to access from train station and plenty of local street parking.

YogaHotspot is fantastic! I really recommend it if you are looking to improve your fitness, breathing, stress, mind- body connection and awareness. The Yoga teachers are experienced, friendly and supportive. There is a genuine range of classes to suit real Yogi beginners, all the way to advanced Yogis.

Love this place! I’m pretty inconsistent but never regret going. Everyone who works there are super friendly and helpful. It’s great for beginners to advanced people. The changing rooms have showers and it’s always very clean. There’s never a long wait in the mornings and no wait in the evenings for the showers. It’s close to the train station which is convenient and they also have different membership types for whatever best suits you.

This is the best yoga studio in Sydney! David is an absolutely fantastic teacher. With me being new to yoga, I find his instructions very clear and easy to follow even when I don't know the terminology or position names. The studio is always kept clean.There are great amenities like showers, complimentary tea, mats and towels for hire etc. You can even store you mat in the studio. I have been recommending the studio to all my friends and will continue to do so.
