A haven! Impressive classes in a genuinely relaxing studio. I have been going to the Monday evening classes with Noriko for a year, which are incredible, and I have dipped into Megan and Tabitha's classes too. Teachers are all very attentive and the small class sizes are a winner.
Lovely studio on a quiet road. I really like the fact that windows open for a fresh air. This is very important for a breathwork session. Some studios have only air conditioning.
A lovely, bright, warm, calm, uncluttered studio with a great energy! The yoga classes blend really well with the zen meditation classes. Nowhere else in London or maybe even the UK! will you find a teacher like Daizan Roshi.
I have attended 1 class but paid upfront because it was a better deal. In the offer it stated that a refund can be obtained without a problem if you find that the class is not for you. I've been waiting almost a year now for a reply, and every time I reply to their advertisement emails my emails are blocked. Do not believe that you can obtain a refund, secondly, I did not find the class that good. Hence I never went back, still I am owed £28 and I think I will never see it!
I attended Gareth's class this morning friday10.30am I loved the session. Gareth is a great teacher. He explained the benefits of each pose. I found the pace very calming. I felt energised and relaxed from the class and am looking forward to my next class with him. The place has a tranquil atmosphere. An oasis in camberwell.
This is my favourite venue for teaching yoga. The studio is always clean and tidy with all necessary props. A very peaceful place - perfect for yoga and meditation.
Lovely venue, petite and lovely atmosphere - this where I did yoga for a short period of time while living in this area. Friendly welcoming people. Very knowledgeable, highly recommended.
Fabulous yoga studio with great teachers! A cosy space, clean and bright. Highly recommended!
