I visited the Emporium Yo-Art at 3.50pm today & have never received worse service in my life. The girl behind the counter did not smile, did not try to help my parents understand the menu, and yelled across the counter at them. We ended up leaving and not completing the sale because we were so appalled.
Terrible! I simply asked the girl behind the counter what was in the yoghurt being dispensed to see if I would have a food allergy to the product. She couldn't give me a simply yes or no she simply said I'll leave a message for the manager. She was not able to provide me with the Ingrients, pour service.
Terrible service. A worker wanted me to share a sample cup with friend and rolled her eyes as I asked for another sample cup for my friend. She was aggressively staring at my friends and I as we were leaving. Horrible service and we did not buy anything.
Worst service ever. Cancelled order because of girl serving. Shop not busy and I'm not surprised.
