Had a great stay at this hostel. Sometimes, you meet someone without saying much, but their presence still makes an impression. I’ll always remember the brief moments we shared. Wishing you all the best on your travels, and who knows, maybe our paths will cross again one day.
By far the best hostel in Perth that I’ve stayed at, Perth has a pretty low bar on hostel standards as most of them are pure dog sh*t. But this one is nice, it’s clean, aircon in the room and the kitchen area is big. It’s not that social but if you’re a social person you can make some good friends, you’ll just have to give a bit more effort. And staying in a old prison is pretty cool non the lessnWill be back
I enjoyed every minute at the hostel. Sleeping in a cell is something different from ordinary hostel rooms; having the prison vibes in the hallways and in the garden next to the Fremantle Prison museum gives it all extra flair.nnGreat staff, always helpful, joyful, and a pleasure to have around.nnThe bedroom, bathrooms, kitchen, and the other rooms were kept as clean as possible by the staff. They can't clean up after everybody right away, so the cleanliness of a hostel is always a part of every guest's responsibility.nnI loved my 7 nights there so much, the stay inspired me to write 3 books all set in and around the hostel. Hope to get back there, get some inspiration for more.
I really had such a nice time at this hostel. People who work there are super helpful and friendly and do everything that is on their hand for you. What I was looking for when I was searching hostels, was a nice one but, overall, clean and big and I think this is one of the best hostels I have ever been at. Big showers and toilets, huge kitchen, where many people can cook at the same time, many sinks and very clean. If I go back to Perth or Fremantle, I will come back for sure.
