I had a really good experience especially dealing with Aaron at this store.  He is technically very sound and was able to get my data only sim work on my smart phone.  He also helped me problem-solve another phone on which I was now trying to use my regular phone SIM.  Thanks, Aaron !!

Shocking experience trying to get help with my new optus phone.  It was like I wasn't a sale for the guy,  so he didn't want to help me.  Got online and optus couldn't have been more helpful.

The team at Optus Prahran Chapel St are outstanding!! Had such a great experience - super helpful, and listened to everything I was wanting for my contract renewal and phone upgrade. They made sure I was getting the best deal and Zac (trainee) was very thorough with my contract. The other two girls (sorry - didn't get your names!) were so helpful too - two thumbs up for these guys!

The young guy Sam was great and so was the person on the phone Dom
However the 1st supervisor was both dismissive and rude to me and a woman who came into the store
He was all about generating sales
He need a behavioural adjustment his name maybe was Tom
He cut me off when I was stressed 😩 and also did not let the woman with the 159 issue finish her sentence 
I suggest he stop being so damn arrogant and maybe thestore is of do better sales
