Terrible Customer Service. Went in to upgrade, the girl that served us was rude and unhelpful. We said we wished to upgrade and wanted to have a look at the phone colours. She went out the back, came back and said we don't have any to show you. We asked her to take the two out of the holders so we could see the back of them and she said we can't. It's not what she said, it's how she said it. We went to try and look better at the ones in the holders so she blew us off and served another customer so we left. Going to go back, all the way to Melbourne central where they are super helpful. Tried to call the manager to give feedback and got stuck in and endless loop of options, press 1....press two. We are done with them!

If you wish to visit this store during the week, expect to wait and only be two staff members. If you wish yo visit this store on weekend when most people would Expect two staff and a massive wait. Don't even bother wasting your time on weekend. Most people just leave after waiting for at least 30minutes. Very poorly manage clearly very understaffed, management need to get their act together. Summary go to another store may be further away but your going to have to wait anyway in plenty vally.

The worst customer service ever. We came here to ask if we can return in the store a TV packet we received by their mistake, since for the last 3 months we are waiting for someone to come and collect it. The guy that a helping us dialed a phone and then hand us the phone so we can wait for someone to help us. When we ask if it’s the same call center that we are calling from our house he said he doesn’t know. And when we started complaining about their customer service they told us to keep it down, not even raised our voice though. Of course we walked out in full frustration telling them that this is the worst customers service and wondering why have a physical store if they are not there to help but give you the phone to handle it by yourself again!!!! There is an formal complaint coming your way guys!

Shocking service. Had to wait about 15min to be served with my little one. All 3 customer service guys were occupied. Need more staff and no organisation or system of who’s next in line??? 😡

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE - everything i needed was resolved and again THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE i have experienced in a very long long time - HIGHlLY RECOMMENDED
