Terrible service, answer to every question is "You'll have to phone Optus, we can't help you" Staff sit at back of store on their phones looking down. When they do serve you they look away and mumble, making it hard to communicate. Bad management.
Highly motivational visit! Before visiting the store I was about 50% sure I was going to switch. After my visit I am now 100% motivated to switch! Thanks for helping me to make that decision.
Would give it a negative rating if I could. Terrible customer service. Been with optus for more than 4 years and will definitely change to another provider now. Thanks for making me choose. Haven't seen worse customer service anywhere else ever
