Just a waste of time!!!! I'm trying to convince my daughter to sign a contract with Optus and the reasons she doesn't want to sign with them are now evident and in fact have been highlighted. The Optus shop we visited have not completed the task they said they would and trying to call the store is near impossible. You are directed to the website on every occasion regardless of the different tact I took while making selections. I'm comfortable that people make mistakes but it shouldn't cost me another trip to the store to have the issue rectified, SURELY?? The only reason there's a single star rating is because that's the minimum required. I'm not angry just immensely frustrated with a resolution service or process that is mainly focused on saving Optus some coin.

My sincere thanks to John who was so helpful and knowledgable with an issue I had with my account. There would have been no way I would have been able to resolve the problem myself. He dedicated time and patience and eventually found the answer for which I am really grateful. Thanks again

I were told to have to replace the SIM card in store. Went to the Indooroopilly store on Monday and waited for 20 mins, still no staff available! I don’t want to go back there again!

Elijah has been looking after me at Optus for the last few months and has displayed nothing but professionalism and a great pride in his work. Great customer service from him every visit. Lit fam

The Optus customer service phone system is appalling. It bounces you through several options that initially sound like what you need but turn out to be helpful and then returns you to start of the phone menu again. Very frustrating experience.
