One of the worst Optus stores in Melbourne. Walked up to two staff members who were only wanting to stock a shelf while 3 customers were waiting. I asked one of them, "Are you serving customers today". He replied no and turned his back on me. Appalled at his response I replied "Oh so the stock is more important than customers?". It was all downhill from there as this little Gen Y bunch decide they demand to be respected! Something they refuse to offer themselves. So they then accuse me of being rude and to leave their store. And then they claim they'll call security. I looked them both in the eye and said "Go ahead and call security." I then asked to speak to the store manager and it turns out that he was the manager. I basically told him he didn't belong in the store serving customers with his terrible attitude. He yelled at me to leave his store. I'm the first to admit I was irritated that my phone had been barred. I was there to pay and have it unbarred. Big mistake. Doncaster Optus has a terrible manager as of Oct 2017. And I feel sorry for any staff dealing with his appalling attitude. Terrible and not surprised by the low score at this store.

Team was so helpful. Really helped me out to find the best phone. Ross the store manager was very helpful after i had the worst experience in the past at telstra. Would recommend this store to anyone

The team at Optus Doncaster were great. Had a problem and Ross helped me fix it after months of problems. Going to tell my family about how good my experience was. Can't believe how good some of the deal were $79 plan and I got and iPhone 8 plus.

The service is horrible. They make you wait in line for around half an hour, even though they have nothing to do. One guy was just standing there, watching an empty computer screen, when there were five people waiting for help. I recommend going to Box Hill for much better help and experience.
