Really fast and prompt service, especially considering how I literally walked in 2 minutes before closing time! I am not sure who helped me out, but they managed to get me a new nano SIM for my S8 in less than 2 minutes, and transferred my number over instantly. Definitely worth the visit to a great store, and good staff.

Please please do not go here! I have had multiple negative experiences regarding the staff at the store. The saying ‘the customer is always right’ is not applicable here. Staff have been rude with attitude when you ask them a simple question and no one is professional. For example I bought a product worth $120 and I went in store to exchange it because it did not work the day I bought it; the staff member insisted that it worked after testing it at the back of the store. The manager got involved after I loudly told them that I did not believe them because I could not see if for myself, as they put it at the back. Instead of compromising; the manager got frustrated and walked off!!!!! They refused to exchange the product and did not give a darm if I changed providers. In this particular example two other people walked out of their store unsatisfied in the time that I was left waiting. My dad also had a bad experience a few days ago, after the staff gave him the wrong information regarding a new plan. We will be driving 20min to go to another store in the future, as we will never set foot in that store even though it is the closest one to us. Save yourself the trouble, so somewhere where they genuinely care

Optus is well on their way to catch up to Telstra as the shittiest customer service currently. Although this store is one good exception. Dropped by this store to get a phone for my wife, Robert was absolutely brilliant and he was fast and truly a genuine provider of excellent customer service. Optus need so much more people like Robert. Wish you all the very best mate! Keep your good work up!

Great management through James at optus camberwell. Everyone is super polite and organised was in and out within 15 minutes, definitely ask for james.
