I was served by a lovely girl named Amelia on Tuesday at Wangaratta Optus. Her customer service skills were tremendous. My husband and myself aren’t very tech savvy but Amelia was very patient and helpful towards our needs, she went the extra mile to write down the information for us so we wouldn’t forget. Great team at Optus Wangaratta was a very enjoyable trip, highly recommended.

Just paid extremely quick visit. The person i think Will is the name helped out. Very quick to point out best in range for me. Gave a print out as well.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. A young male attempted to serve me but was hopeless. I had to repeat myself at least 10 times to explain what I required but he NEVER listened, kept fidgeting and playing with something in his hand, he was having trouble concentrating for some reason. Needs a lot of training & supervising.
