Given my upbringing I am unable to (and politely self restrained) from adequately describing in more colorful language just how bad the customer service (joke!) in this store is. Avoid it like the plague !!! How the hell do you manage to give away the wrong suit to the wrong customer and have them wait around whilst you fix and retrieve it. SOME RETAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE HINTS !! 1) Suggest banning all staff members from chewing gum - especially those that look like camels chewing with their mouth full whilst trying to talk through the saliva created. 2) You may also want to introduce a NO private phone policy as most of the time I stood waiting the staff were mainly preoccupied with their mobile phones. 3) You need to turn down the music so people can ask questions and understand you over the chewing and loud music ! 4) You need to drop the uppity holier than though attitude and stop sneering and sniping at customers who apparently don't meet your "cool' criteria, you know the older ones that pay the bills. 5) You definitely need to stop raising your voice and arguing with one another whilst customers in the store - very tacky indeed. 6) You need to be way more careful about the chosen topics of conversations your customers overhear from the change rooms !! Not all over 40's are deaf !! Perhaps if your turn the music down the conversations would not have to be so loud so your uncool customer hear them?? And finally when you stuff things up - you make good and offer a genuine apology. And if you don't like customer service then suggest you get out of retail altogether and please don't go into hospitality either - we have enough slackers there already. Wont ever be back !!
