From the perspective of a walker, finding this park recently was a remarkably pleasant surprise. It seems to have trails off in all directions, (easy to clock up a good distance without feeling like you're walking in circles), some hills for those who like to work a little harder, it's quiet, it's pretty and has several spots around the perimeter for parking. Can't believe I missed this one for so long!

Great place to get away in the bush without going far from the city. Definitely worth a visit if you live in the area.

Good place for a walk. Bit of a steep descent into the main gorge. I don't recommend this place for older couples.

Beautiful nature reserve with tall trees, a small pond and a creek bubbling through. Ideal for everything - peaceful strolls, walks, jogging, cycling, picnics.... there are many trails, a visitors centre with amenities like toilets and drinking water. Some trails are even stroller friendly!

A wonderfully saved natural bushland. The diversity of natural flora and fauna is excellent, with very low introduced flora. Visit throughout the year to observe the changes in nature, e.g. spring time.is the best time to see native terrestrial orchids, late autumn for fungi. Drop into the information centre which has a wide display of preserved native animals.
