Exceptional customer service!! I have previously  purchased a bike from YVC on a recommendation from a friend, and recently came back to hire an e-bike to test it out. I didn’t make it back before the drop off time so had to return it the following day. Thank you to the team for being so accommodating and flexible. Always helpful with pointers and advice!

Came in to buy 3 bikes. The first staff member with was good to deal with (late 20's early 30's short dark hair) but as he went out the back to check stock we realised that the store didn't have a boxing day sale on and most other stores did. Given we were buying 3 bikes it's a fair amount to save. On the way out, a second sales member with frizzy hair asked us why we were leaving the store. I was up front and told him. He then said all bikes were on sale as they were actually for sale. I ignored the rude comment. Then he asked if I needed a big sign out the front with exact percentages on all the bikes on sale. I told him I won't be spoken to like that and left. 

We had used these guys to service and repair 4 of our bikes previously. The repairs to 2 of the bikes failed within a few short rides.  We came back looking to purchase bikes as we like to support local business but will never again even think to send any business their way thanks to the second staff member.

The guys at YVC are always super friendly and eager to help.  Offering good advice even when i'm clearly not there to buy anything (which is very rare).  
They also have tons of product in stock and excellent variety.
Highly recommend!

Went here looking for a new daily commuter. Spent time there on sat and sun with lots of questions that were answered .with so much stock it was a tough dissission but narrowed it down to one.no hassle, no upsell , guys are always pleasant to deal with whenever im there. Thanks Matt and Lachie for great service and your time.

Went in there 2 days to have a look spoke to a worker had a look at 2 bikes for my 5 year old 

Came back today with my son so he could pick which 1 he wanted walked straight up to 1 of the bikes and sat him on it.

As I approached the second bike was asked if I wanted any help I said not neccesary as I only want to look at 1 other bike.

Got told this isn't Kmart and i can't just test every bike in the shop in a very rude manner.

Ended up leaving as 
I was walking out over heard the guy saying we were riding all the bikes around the shop.
I confronted the guy and was told 
'Yeah well I own all the stock so yeah!!!'

Very very poor customer service will not reccomend to anyone
