Be careful when giving them money for security deposits for works. We have completed a job over 2 months ago with 6 calls requesting our deposit back to be told 6 different things. Deposit still has not been returned and have now been told possibly 4 weeks!
I gained Australian citizenship here yesterday - everyone was really friendly and the building itself clearly had some thought put into it too.
I normally wouldn’t bother leaving a review if it was just a one-off, but Yarra Valley Council has missed my bin collection multiple times now. Each time I’ve had to call and chase it up, which is frustrating enough, but the real issue has been the customer service.nnIn particular, my experience with staff member Mel was extremely disappointing — she came across as arrogant, unhelpful, and unprofessional. When I asked to be transferred to the complaints line, I was actually hung up on. That kind of attitude has no place in a customer service role.nnTried to call back, been on hold 15 minutesnnResidents pay for these services and should not have to deal with repeated disruptions and dismissive treatment when raising genuine concerns.
I would fix when Healsville town has a few pedestrian crossings. I am disabled and I needed to wait at least 15 mnts to cross because of the limited pedestrian crossings.nnA beautiful town but designed poor for pedestrians.
A palace! Should have used the money to incorporate a library in the heart of the community instead of locating it in a place which is inaccessible to most older people.
