Story

We opened Yankee Cafe to inspire Adelaide with a taste of American Home Cooking. Our Authentic flavors emphasize quality ingredients, traditional techniques and regional American recipes. From the mighty NYC Reuben, to smokey BBQ Pulled Pork, a French Creole New Orleans steak sandwich, our Tex Mex burger, the most awesome Hot Dogs, Bagels, Healthy Wraps and California fresh Mexican cuisine. Our sweets menu includes moist Pecan Cinnamon coffee cake, tangy fresh Key Lime Pie, Louisiana coconut and caramel cake, perfectly chewy brownies, the best chocolaty chocolate cake around and a great cup of coffee too!

Owners were very friendly and welcoming. The food was fresh and tasty and the coffee was easily the best I have had from any cafe in a long time. Yankee Cafe will definitely be a weekly visit after a morning beach walk.
