Great park, good facilities and parking. Views are gorgeous although the wetlands walkway is currently under construction - I'm sure this will be great once completed. $15 entry fee seemed steep.
Beautiful, peaceful, quiet & relaxing Just to sit & listen to the birds. Koalas and kangaroos to see. Great camping facilities. Tavern and accommodation. Great place for a relaxing getaway.
Very nice park where you could spend your weekend and more. Nice facilities for BBQ, koala and other walls, a ground where you could book a place to stay overnight with your caravan.
Quick stop to visit the koalas while heading to Jurien Bay. Was lucky to see 1 koala up close feeding on the ground leaves, which we hadnt seen before. We also visited the main park area for a lunch break before continuing our journey. We unfortunately didn't see any kangaroos.
Fabulous food at the old Yanchep Inn built around 1902. Visit Crystal Cave. View the koalas. The lake used to be very beautiful but has been almost drained by our overuse of water from the aquifer.
