We had a great meal tonight, quality ingredients and attentive service. Gyoza was lovely, fresh tuna sashimi was well presented and tasty. Both mains were generous and well prepared.
Absolutely divine food and service! Would definitely eat there again.Food: 5/5
Birthday dinner for experienced Japanese diners. Delicious choices, well cooked, very tasty. Adapted as required. Great helpful staff and generous serves, loved it. Been many times and will return many times more Kid-friendliness: Had an 8 year old with us who tried every thing and ate a lot of his favourite flavours Parking: available on Ferguson St
Great Atmosphere. Restaurant looked very authentic and had a good selection of dishes and drinks. The clam soup was good and sashimi was generous. Well priced as well! Would come again!
Lovely lunch at Yamabuki. Fresh tasty food and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend a visit if you enjoy Japanese food. Value for money.
It was great, we got some chopsticks for 5$, we ordered udon, the soup base was quite salty, but the tempura was GREAT! Vegetarian options: The pepper udon was okay, so you still may want it as a vegetarian option. Kid-friendliness: You can use some training chopsticks for your kids. Parking: It is a little tricky to find spots for parking.
Local family run gem!!! .. Sashimi is a must for seafood lovers Wafu beef was beautiful too. Simple food done well and very affordable So nice that we could Byo wine
Haven't been here in the longest time, closest Japanese non-chain resto near Werribee that I know. Ordered some favourites that I can order almost everywhere. Gyoza was poor, had a bit of a strange taste to it, and they were not uniformly grilled. Also a very small amount of sauce to go with 7 pieces. Buta shogayaki was a major disappointment, very little flavour, ginger was almost non-existent and the veges that came with it were steamed into oblivion, terribly bland. Even the steamed rice was a disappointment, not the sticky koshihikari that will be served in good places. Tasted to me like Jasmine that had been overdone. Will not be returning, especially since the prices are something you'd expect to pay in the city maybe even cheaper.
I very much enjoyed a light shishimi meal. But was very disappointed that there was no white fish such as King fish. Even though the photo on the menu had 2 different kinds of white fish with the salmon & tuna. Hence my low rating.Food: 3/5
Clean, tasty, medium sized portion sizes and delicious!
