It was a small station before the upgrade but after the upgrade works was completed several months back, it has become a commuter friendly station. There is now a lift for easier access for those in-need, accessible toilets and clean platforms.nnThe station office is located in front of the stairs, if you ever need their staff's help and assistance and is usually manned from 6am-7pm on weekdays and from 8am-4pm on weekends/public holidays.
There is no wheelchair access to the platform.nI have witnessed countless times of wheelchair users being turned away from the station due to the lack of ramps or lifts.nnThis leads to hundred more cars on our road, contributing to congestion, harming Sydney’s economy and prosperity.
I would give a 0 if I could.nStaff do nothing. They watched someone smoking in front of them on the platform and did nothing. The person was sat undercover at the front of the station.nAbsolutely appalling behaviour from both parties.
It's not wheelchair accessible. I see lot of people with wheelchair struggling to climb stairs with their chairs. It's sad to see. Birrong Station recently is finished with it's new elevator. Hope yagoona station gets it's soon.
Janette is the most caring and helpful member who work for the station i've ever see. Months ago was a teenager boy bleeding while walk through the station and I've told Janette about that, she walk to the boy and asked if he need help, the world will be morr beautiful if have more caring and kind people like Janatte, thanks for her help for the boy.
