First and foremost, what a yummy christmas cake. Second, I have to say their customer service is TOP !! I was unaware that I had provided them with an incomplete address gift delivery. Their driver spent almost half an hour trying to look for the place. I was then notified by the girl at the shop as they had been trying to reach me without success, both remained warm, friendly and professional despite the frustration. I will definitely buy from them again. In fact, I will shortly place another order with them.

The lemon tart has a beautiful lemon curd and pastry. The customer service is exceptional! On two occasions I have needed their direct assistance to obtain cakes for special occasions and they have gone over and above to help me out and ensure I had what I needed. This helped make special family occasions even more special, and make things a LOT easier when homeschooling 3 children to have things delivered!! Delicious desserts, wonderful customer service. Thank you!

Love the Berry Trifle cake and look for any excuse to buy it.  We have also sampled several others and all have been high quality with the Lemon Curd tart being another favourite.  Great friendly customer service makes Yael's a favourite for us.

Received a lovely birthday surprise at work of the red velvet cake. Moist, delicious not too anything , lovely hint of almondy / marzipan . Highly recommend
