8 months later and nothing beware people. Review's are there to help customers, I wish I first read them before I lost $500. I know everyone is a critic, but please don't trust people when half there review's are bad.

In all honesty I can only offer praise for Chad and the staff at Xtreme. I've known Chad since his earlier days in the warehouse, I've never personally had any issues, Chad and his guys have always been very friendly and have been more than helpful. My good fortune is that I reside 15 minutes from their shop so I purchase over the counter, Chad has always been up front with me regarding wait times for stock coming in a container, if I can't wait I go elsewhere, if I choose to wait my item has always arrived. Yes, I have read some folks have had issues with Xtreme but I can honestly say I've never experienced such issues, ever. All I can surmise in this regard is the shear number of goods churned through the shop, it wouldn't be an easy task keeping everyone happy. My experience has always been more than favourable, and I will continue to to shop at Xtreme.

What can I say about Chad and the guys at extreme but wow there service and advice is amazing always helpful and really know how to look after customers I travel down from Caboolture to go to the shop wouldn’t waste my time going anywhere else thanks guys

Purchased a DJI Mavic at the beginning of September and never received delivery of it. Strung along by chad for 3 months, would not supply a tracking number or any confirmation the drone had even been sent. Very disappointing on something worth thousands of dollars. Phone calls to the store to resolve were always screened and ignored and chains of unanswered emails. Chad said I could have a refund then never delivered. Completely ignored all attempts to resolve the issue. Fortunately I was able to get my my money back via PayPal. These guys are frauds, take your business elsewhere.. Unfortunately many similar stories if you read the reviews.
