Australia's worst customer service! Stay away from Xtreem technology also trading as My Photo Box . If you want some extreme experience, place an order with them. And if you are lucky enough to get what you’ve paid for after 3 month of waiting, don’t get your hopes high – the quality of the product is low. If you dare to complain or chaise your order, you will get the rudest and patronising communication. Don’t waste your money. There are plenty of other printing companies. Avoid My Photo Box/Xtreem technology.
DISGUSTING. This company do not deliver their product, they do not delivery on customer service and they certainly do not earn my respect. I have been waiting now over 4 months for delivery only to be told their system has now changed and I will have to reinput my artwork. Absolutely disgusted. Learn from our experience and DO NOT use this company - who also trade under Sumo Print, Xtreem, and My Photo Box
I was very happy with Xtreem. I had 500 CDs printed for my business and the quality was fine. Robert, who organised the order for me, was particularly helpful when I needed to recall the CD as I had found a fault. He acted quickly and saved me a lot of money. There was a delay in getting the CDs, but that was because of Chinese New Year and not the fault of the company. I will return for the next recording.
This company also trades under the name MyPhotoBox and sells its vouchers on the Scoopon , OurDeal and Cudo site. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! I still have not received my canvas after waiting for 2 months! The advertised wait time was 3 weeks. Do not trust this company!!!!
While I did not wait as long as some, ordered an aluminium photo panel in November through Living Social and all I got was excuses. Now there is no return of phone call, answer to on-line requests. Living Social have credited the voucher cost. My advice to anyone thinking of dealing with this outfit - DON'T.
Avoid. Bought a triple canvas print from a deal site, delivered through them. All prints had discolouration and what looked to be stray ink blots on them, and one of the canvasses was not even square. Zero customer service, phone calls and emails left unanswered. Spend your money elsewhere.

Xtreem Technology has been printing hundreds of CD catalogues each year for our company in the past many years, I am very happy with their services, especially sales manger Danny has been extremely helpful !
They dont pick up calls, why even put a 1300 number. had my orders deleted no reply to emails. should have trusted the google reviews.
Absolutely disgraceful! It's been over 6 months and I'm still waiting for a canvas print. They have stopped responding to any emails and their phone is disconnected!
