I’ve trained here for 8 years 5 or 6 days per week. I am still challenged and pushed in every class because I love a challenge I have found “my people” - made new friends. I feel better about my body than I ever have. The combination of the high intensity class options and barre is dynamite for physique, confidence and energy levels.

Coming up to 3 years with Xtend Barre Mosman. Liz, Adam and the team are super friendly and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Fantastic workout and amazing instructors! I’ve been doing Xtend Barre since 2013 and still learning at each class. It’sa fun and invigorating workout that will leave you looking and feeling great

I have been attending 2 or 3 Phitcamp sessions per week for a couple of years now and I love it! A great mix of cardio and strength, it keeps the weight off and I feel so confident with my body. A warm and friendly community there too! I recommend you give it a go!

I really like the small personal classes so this enables the instructors to see and fix any issues in my technique. Such a great team at Extend Barre Mosman!
