It’s a Saturday night and when we first got here 4:30 they had three people working, one of them being able to serve alcohol all the others are under 18 but she had to keep hopping between customer service and bar service, resulting in long wait times for one drink, she went home an hour ago.nIt’s now 5:53pm and up until 10 mins ago they had two people working.nIt’s a mess inside, bar counter is sticky, toilets are gross. I don’t blame the kids working, it’s the managers fault for not rostering enough people.nXplosions do better by your staff and your community.nWe won’t be returning
We had our daughter's 6th birthday party here with a couple of her friends & they had a blast. They were knackered after the first game but had to try their best to finish the 2nd game. The popcorn serving was pretty ridiculous, $5 for a handful which filled only half the popcorn cup. Save your money for getting any food there. However they were really excited to play on the arcades. There were quite a few faulty machines so it was long wait to get assistance.
Great fun, but way too long to get drink service as only one person 18+ could serve alcohol & she was rarely there when we wanted a drink. Otherwise the bowling was great & the games arcade was good fun.
Micheal was great to us. Very friendly and welcoming. Made our experience 100 times better.
They are amazing had my girl's 50th birthday there and she loved every minute of it, thank you to all the staff they were very helpful and friendly I would highly recommend this place. Thank you once again
