sneaky subscription policy, still charge you after you cancel the subscription plan, a round up to the end to calendar month. want to get this one on my lawyer for legal matter.nnplus: standard plan cancelled and automatic transferred into Ignite plan without noticing before the charge was made. maybe too hunger for money.
HinXero has been charging me nearly 3 years without any reason.nnI haven't use xero at all.nnI request to please cancle and refund all the amount which you have taken from last nearly 3 years.nnNeather have proper support to contact. I can't login even and many times tried to login asking code.nSaying that I have email to you back up email.nnBut I check my email never received the code as well.nnPlease cancle immediately and refund all the amount from day one.nnThanks
Best company ever. All these upset puppies just need to come down and buy some shares .. I think the program is absolutely brilliant. I use it all the time.. it is really really good. Best accounting software ever, I think, if that's what it is.. but best returns ever.. thank you for your brilliant softwareness, keep up the good accounting.. good program I think. $$$ 375% must be doing something right..
Charged me twice per month on multiple occasions and continue to charge me $10 every few weeks even though I have terminated the subscription service well over a month ago. I wouldn’t recommend Xero at all, scumbags ripping off small businesses
Terrible, I have cancelled the subscription and still they charge me, I have been emailing for months about the cancellation as I no longer need this subscription but still the money comes out and there's no contact phone number - how convenient and how is this even legal?
