Sheridan is a hair GOD. I am so pleased with my cut and colour, especially after I had PTSD from getting balayage at a different salon last year. It felt like I was consulted through every step and the stylists there actually listen! Everyone is so warm and funny, the place is full of characters. Couldn't be happier with my colour THANK YOU SHERIDAN!!
One of the best salons I have ever been to! I had been to several salons who left my hair blotchy, dry and damaged and the girls at xcentrik took amazing care of me! They gave me a conditioning treatment and really listened to what I wanted my hair to look like and helped me understand how to keep my hair healthy!Services: Hair coloring
I walked in without at appointment at around 4.15pm on a Monday. I explained what I wanted. She said ok she can do it. And within 5 to 10 mins she was done. I felt it was such a rush job with little attention to my hair type. She was polite and kind with her words but she definitely didn't pay much attention to the cut. After every cut at other salons I walk out satisfied. This time I walked out confused and really unhappy with my hair.
Sonya was the best.. As a 43yr old Mum it has been years since giving myself any sort of self care. Letting myself go and having a head full of greys and not knowing where to start with how I wanted my hair.. I walked in wanting full cover and possibly a balayage but after beautiful Sonya’s honesty and explaining with how strong my greysalmost white I’d be back eveey 2-3weeks for a cover up because the roots. She suggested that we work with the greys and giving a few blonde foils and little brown aswell it would work perfectly. I didn’t see the vision but she did and trusting the process I let her do her thing… Sonya have me some layers and after blow drying I almost felt like crying.. the process start to finish was amazing… The other thing I loved aswell she talked me through the process step by step even when it came to cost she gave me options… Highly recommend… love these women… I’ve found my salon

I paid today 60$ just to cut my ends and even when the hairdresser was very kind, she don’t even wet my wavy hair to cut it. So she was done the job in 5 min. As a result, I have some hairs longer, and now I need to cut it my self… very disappointed.
Xcentrik Salon is amazing! I had gotten an unfortunate haircut from another establishment and the girl in the pink hair fixed it she spent the time fixing every detail of my hair until it was perfect. She’s so skilled and so sweet. Highly recommend! Plus the place is superb! Love the music too!
Incredible salon experience! Seriously best ever. I walked in without an appointment, on a busy day, and was accommodated immediately with an appointment within the hour. Danni took care of me, sat me down and talked through my hair regime, my personal needs, and what would work best with my daily routine. I had a treatment done to help rejuvenate my hair, had a coffee with the girls and talked about life, while Julia looked after my hair cut & style. All the staff are down to earth, genuine, and just plain awesome. I was pampered, loved, and shown exactly what to do with my specific hair type, and what my hair routine should be. I walked in with a blank slate, and walked out with all the knowledge, all the support and confidence to continue a healthy and beautiful hair appearance. The girls really took me in, had fun, and made me feel so loved! My hair felt loved. I felt loved. And let’s face it - the world needs more love! Depends who services you but overall they don’t do a good job at foils as it comes out very botched and poor blending techniques. The products they use however is very good quality and doesn’t end up killing your hair, they will take care in terms of limiting how much they allow you to bleach as well and wont fry your hair from all the chemicals. The keratin treatment is also really good, it lasts a year even when you go back for more regrowth procedures and toning which apparently strips the keratin but it didn’t make a difference to my hair and worked amazingly. The prices are a little overkill however and they never quote you accurately. They will also try to upsell which is a little annoying. They also don’t capture what you want and only do what is easy for them meaning they don’t have that much technical skill. They will just use the same effort for every customer and wont go outside of their certain confidence in trying to achieve the colour you want. They will turn every customer into the same ashy blonde when it’s clearly not what you asked for…and no my hair is not the type that is difficult to lift and achieve a bright blonde despite being dark brown. One of the hairdressers got it right and i had the best and brightest blonde but the blend was absolutely trash whereas the next hairdresser absolutely destroyed the previous blonde colour i had achieved from a single lift but did a better blend but still not as good as what the price they ask for a belyage. The staff needs to be more trained in colour tech and the technique in their foil skills could be better in my honest opinion.Services: Hair coloring
