Xanadu Playcentre and Café

We held my little boy’s 4th birthday party here today, it was fantastic from start to finish! The staff were as always super friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We went for the build-a-buddy package and each child got to stuff their own teddy bear to take home. The range of teddies available was great and each child got to pick something to create and take home. All the parents loved the idea and how smoothly the afternoon went. I couldn’t recommend enough, thank you to everyone at Little Buddies for making Alexander’s birthday magical

Visited for the first time today and my almost 1 year old loved it. Taken him to many places in the past and he’s not really interacted or enjoyed it but he did just that today. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and after my son knocked my drink over, they cleaned it up and made me a new drink. I offered to clean it and pay for the new drink as it wasn’t their fault but they said no. That’s very good customer service. Because of this visit, we decided to book a party for our soon to be 5 year old. This is our go to place now.

My son had his 6th birthday party here today, and it was fantastic! All staff were really helpful, especially Izzy who was just brilliant with the children. All of the children at the party loved it and we felt it was really good value for money.

Had my daughters 5th birthday party here today and she loved it as did all her friends. The staff were great, especially with the party games. The party food and party bags were also enjoyed by the kids. Thanks for providing a great day for my daughter!

I have been here a few times now and only really visit within the last hour or 2 of the place closing as i do with other play centres for the sake of my son who has autism and my 1year old as its usually a bit quieter, Unfortunately i was really disappointed with todays visit. It was hectic which ive no issue with kids happily playing, however, it was hazardous, it is not the staffs job to babysit kids and only few parents were supervising their own, they were sat with their groups at tables chatting with each other or they were on their phones whilst their kids were going up the slides when people are trying to come down, pushing each other down the slides or theyre running into other kids, some alot smaller than themselves. The smaller play area had the older kids all over it at times and i do not know who thought it a good idea to introduce the ride on cars, but i suggest that be looked at as kids are riding between tables were people are sat eating/drinking or staff are carrying hot drinks . That is an accident waiting to happen. Another concern is that kids are bringing sweets into the small play area which i had to take off my son as he is unable to chew certain toffees aka making them a potential choking hazard. Other than this, the centre was reasonably clean and is fairly priced overall, i didnt see much of the staff today to comment but the other occasions they have always been friendly and helpful i just wish someone would have stepped up to calm things down a bit. Not risking a return any time soon. So in conclusion its okay for older kids,but i dont recommend this place for toddlers or babies.

We went to breakfast with Santa for the 2nd year running, really well organised and great value, they had a lovely full English breakfast, 2 hours soft play, party games and a visit to Santa for a book and a present all for £15. Santas grotto was lovely, we weren’t rushed and took lots of photos. Lovely family run business, highly recommended. Our new Christmas tradition.

Absolutely awful. Went for my daughters 1st birthday and it was absolutely freezing, overall filthy. Got called into work and was there 10 minutes and asked for a refund in which I couldn’t receive. Absolute waste of money! Definitely wounding recommend!

We went to little buddy's for there toddlers only Halloween party with our one year old. There is two different large soft play areas that are really good with multiple layers and a big slide all of which seems well maintained. one for younger children under 4 and one for older children aswell as a sensory area and small ball pit. The staff are friendly and attentive and seem to enjoy there jobs. There is a café catering for both adults and children with nice food as well as having really good coffee and a range of soft drinks everything seems to be kept to a good standard of cleanliness. They also do classes for children such as messy play which my girlfriend attends with my daughter who thourghly enjoys it. Overall I would recommend a visit with your little ones.

Recently discovered this place it's really good value for money my toddler loves it so much we will definitely be returning weekly from now, staff are really helpful and friendly it's very clean and a great place to meet other mums

Absolutely amazing place for childrens parties,my son had his party here staff are really friendly the place is so clean and the food is great ,I would give six star rating if I could .
