An ok experience. Large studios, clean and easy check-in at the front reception up a flight of steps. Access via an alley way near a large free car park behind the studio. I did the Tuesday 6.40pm Beginner Commercial class with Kristie. The instructor didn't introduce herself or ask about any first timers or injuries. The instructor walked in, started the music and commenced 'warm up'. Warm up was more like static stretches so I didn't feel very warm. Would have been nice to include some brief cardio/ movement drills into the warm up from an injury prevention perspective. We launched straight into doing choreo before listening to the music or seeing the instructor first perform the dance, so had to try to pick up the vibe later. The choreo was fun but I probably would have enjoyed the dance class more if the reception staff didn't suddenly appear with a small mobile phone to video everyone, then suddenly a large camera, videoing all the groups dancing without any consent for probably a good 10-15 minutes. It was quite off- putting. I imagine the other classes might be fun to checkout if you live locally but I think I might give this place a pass for now....
jenny’s absolute beginner hip hop classes are amazing ! i’ve finally started to dance after being interested in dancing for so long and her classes have been great for someone who has little to no experience in dancing. the staff at the counter are friendly and welcoming too, and id definitely like to explore the other beginner classes that they offer here :
Have been going for 12 months to this studio . Floors great and room size wonderful. However the toilets were disgraceful. The stairwell was filthy and the host on front door was unfriendly and rude. They still have the Christmas tree up. . So much more i could add. Whoever owns this place should be embarrassed of such low standards.
Really awesome place to dance at and sometimes if you dance at one of the rooms the teacher will put LED lights and colorful lights in the back. Also the environment was also very clean.nHighly recommend for those who love dancing
Great teachers and choreo, beginner friendly and a good place for more advanced dancers to build their skills too! definitely recommend visiting this place
