Every time I've been here I've been served almost immediately and had no issues with the process of getting any documentation that I'm there for. Normally in and out in under 20 minutes. Most efficient government office in the entire country IMO.
Best service I have ever received.
Fast and smooth service considering that they are located in the city. I went to upgrade my license and I didn’t even have to wait for service at all, was only there for 10 mins filling up form.
The woman who received us at the entrance was terrible and wouldn't let us in, saying there were too many people inside. We just waited in line and watched as people came in. When it's our turn to come in, take our temperature so that others don't have to. Very disgusting experience. The counter service staff inside is not bad.
Online says open, but trekked into town & CLOSED. Incompetent NSW Government. Thanks for a wasted morning. Get your act together.
Surprisingly quick and friendly
I have been here thrice and never been disappointed. Every one of the officers who helped me went out of their way to provide me more info and ensured my queries were resolved. Thank you for the wonderful service!!
some of the staff are very friendly and helpful, but some of them are not so good. i was the only one asked to stand behind the line at the counter, maybe because im chinese?
