I recently had an appointment with Dr. Satish Reddy Gutha. My experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite having a scheduled appointment, the doctor was taking other patients and I ended up waiting for two hours. It felt like my appointment was not prioritized at all. While I understand that delays can happen, better communication and time management would greatly improve the patient experience. I feel they’re taking in more bookings they can actually accommodate. Highly disappointed and never coming back here
The clinic has made me wait over an hour on all three visits, with the longest wait nearly reaching 90 minutes. Despite knowing about the issue, the practice has made no effort to improve the situation. Best to avoid.
Everyone at the reception is super super nice, but Leanne was absolutely wonderful. She wasn't just doing her job, she was there making my whole experience a lot easier and more comfortable with her kindness and helpfulness.Leanne really seemed to care and went out of her way to assist with everything I needed. It’s so refreshing to meet someone who not only does their job well but also genuinely cares about the people they're helping. She’s a gem!Thanks so much, Leanne, for making my visit so much better. You’re awesome and it really shows in how you treat everyone. Keep being amazing!
Inefficient and rude front desk staffs. Be prepared to wait for 2hrs despite booking appointments. They blame doctors for the delay, but anyway, not advisable. The doctors give generic advise and try to rush. End of the day, you feel could have gone to other better clinic and get the right advise instead of wasting time here.
Today my child had an appointment at the clinic, the Dr was sick and the receptionist did not think that there was a need to inform the patient. When I had reached the medical centre in the evening with my sick child, they told me to find another doctor at some other medical centre. This was a very irresponsible, careless and pathetic act by the receptionist. How are such people working in the healthcare industry. The gov should take action against such people, who are so careless about other people's lives.
