Really enjoying visiting this centre. The staff really made us feel welcome and everything ran really smoothly. Thank you for welcoming us!
Adam at the pro shop has helped me in my new found interest of bowling. He is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. The staff at Wyncity are also very welcoming and always able to accommodate. There are plenty of lanes and a great place to learn how to throw a brand new ball or just have some fun.
We visited Wyncity Kwok Park Bowling for the first time on Sunday, 25/08/2024, and were pleased to find plenty of parking available. The staff were patient and friendly, taking the time to explain the pricing structure to me. Our 3-year-old son and my elderly parents had an absolute blast. We’ll definitely be returning for more fun in the future!
Booked a party for my child's birthday, bowling went well and kids all enjoyed themselves. Bit disappointed with the table set up, did not have the cordial or water that was paid for nor any sauce and napkins like the table that was set up being hosted next to ours. Host not very engaging with the children but he was quite young and possibly just a bit shy so no hard feelings there. However most of our birthday cake went missing, the staff reboxed this for us but when I got home I realised over half of it had been cut off. Tried contacting the centre but no follow up from management after they advised they would look into it. Not a huge deal but feel a bit ripped off, was an expensive cake.
We have fun, and there are not many people in the afternoon, we like it play some games and collect our reward kids toys.. good services, helpful and friendly nGood location too, which I like
