We visited Wyncity Kwok Park Bowling for the first time on Sunday, 25/08/2024, and were pleased to find plenty of parking available. The staff were patient and friendly, taking the time to explain the pricing structure to me. Our 3-year-old son and my elderly parents had an absolute blast. We’ll definitely be returning for more fun in the future!
I went in today to get my ball that had been repaired by the Pro Shop Manager Adam. I was speaking with an employee who told me wait. I waited about 5 minutes before another employee came over got the key off the hook. I then went to the pro shop to get my repaired ball. I checked over it and then was asked to pay $20 cash. I paid the cash and asked for a receipt. It was a poorly written receipt not even being rung up but the employee. Then the employee named Warren walked back over interrupted my conversation, asked “did I get it” and I said yes. I wanted to voice that it was unprofessional to interrupt our conversation. He just walked off to serve another customer though.nWarren was extremely rude, disrespectful and didn’t show any care for the customer. When I go back I hope Warren isn’t there, absolute disgrace.
We have fun, and there are not many people in the afternoon, we like it play some games and collect our reward kids toys.. good services, helpful and friendly nGood location too, which I like
I love this bowling alley! The staff are so lovely and accommodating and the atmosphere is perfect.nThey offer free games for carers/ companies, this offers a fun & inclusive environment for NDIS participants.nHighly recommended everyone visit if you're in the area.
Great service, friendly staff, wonderful environment and lots of fun. A great place for birthday parties! A local gem!
