Really enjoying visiting this centre. The staff really made us feel welcome and everything ran really smoothly. Thank you for welcoming us!
Group of work colleagues and I came to Wyncity tonight and, aside from the absolute killer laughs we had, the service was amazing. Melissa helped us out at the counter, with our food, and even came round to see how we were all going and took photos for us. She is incredible and really made us feel welcome. Coming from a customer service focused workplace, we can pick up those standards quickly, but Melissa was so genuine and authentic in her service which is really admirable! A big shout out and thank you to the rest of the team who helped us out too!
Melissa’s customer service was absolutely outstanding! She went above and beyond to make sure we were having the best possible time. The overall experience was great and we will definitely be back!

Disappointed with the experience. Came to bowl on Saturday, expecting the venue to close at 10 pm as listed on Google. However, at 9 pm, the staff informed us they were closing early due to a lack of customers. In the meantime , four groups arrived around the same time, but the staff still refused to extend the hours or let us finish our game. If you’re going to close earlier than advertised, please update your hours online. Not recommending this place until they improve communication and consistency.
