I wasn't the most happy with my experience at WUMe.nI don't feel like my dignety was respected. For one thing the receptionist comes in and asks you to take your pants half off with everyone in the room and then flings the door wide open on her way out. I have never had this experience before. Normally if you need to strip everyone leaves the room and then they give you a blanket or something to cover yourself.nI also normally have everything explained to me which I love but my experience at WUMe was very basic. For the price I left feeling really urked with the experience. I don't think I will be returning next time
I had a wonderful experience at WUMe Blackrock, which is a rare way to describe a medical scan. From the moment I arrived Linda and Holly at reception made me feel welcome and comfortable. Linda explained everything very clearly and answered my questions with genuine care. Dr Jacqui Oldham is truly exceptional at what she does. I have had numerous ultrasounds over the years, and none have been as painless and reassuring as this. She really took the time to listen to me, understand my concerns and history and then explained her findings as she went so I could fully understand what was happening. A seamless and comforting experience from start to finish.
Jacqui was so amazing!! I had a wonderful experience, worth every penny, she really went the extra mile, making sure the scan was extremely thorough and taking her time as baby was not being compliant haha Thank you Jacqui!!
We were able to get a last minute appointment after my initial appointment with a different clinic was abruptly cancelled.nThis was me first time at a WUMe clinic, I was extremely pleased with my service and the clinic it’s self.nReception staff are very friendly and professional.nWe had Dr Sophia Ya-Ching Chuang, she is fantastic and very knowledgeable. She made us feel comfortable right away.nDr Sophia checked everything she needed to with our baby and we were very impressed with how she talked through each step with us.nThe appointment might be on the pricier side of things but we’ll worth it!
Yet again the empathy and kindness but also relaxed and personable behaviours displayed by the team at WUME was second to none. They are warm, caring and efficient and make a difficult situation so much easier.nBayside, Tooronga and East Melbourne locations have all been phenomenal from front of house, nurses and doctors.
