I'm only reviewing WINZ Office in Blenheim, Marlborough not for the entirety of WINZ Just so I'm clear....  'Jo' Is normally the smiling face and beautiful Wahine Woman behind the Front Desk as you venture into the Local Work and Income Office, Jo has always been friendly and courteous whenever I've needed to go in wether it is on behalf of my Mother or other people that I'm an Agent for. The case workers in Marlborough will do their due diligence in appropriating the correct help for the individual in question. It is true in life that if you are going to be disrespectful to people who are only trying to help you then that is what you will receive in return as I've witnessed some real idiots when there's no need for it.  All in all I am extremely happy with The Work and Income Office here in Marlborough 10/10 Keep up that great work and keep smiling Jo

It was very quick and simple. The person I saw was very sweet and considerate.

Very impersonal stuck between 2 sets of doors and told the wrong information the day before on the phone. Hopefully will get better when covid is finally over.

I found winz very helpful, and understanding, the staff were really good and professional.
