Breakfast was surprisingly quite good, although unfortunately wasn't the biggest fan of the coffee personal preference. Nice venue under the trees with ample seating, and the staff were friendly.

I tried their Burger,  muffin,  and carrot cake,  on different occasions.  Coffee is always good.  Nice shady locale to dine inFood: 5/5

They *used to* server the best chips on campus : disappointed today .  They do have a nice outdoor area if you don’t mind the birds wanting a bite of your lunch. Good menu and coffee.

5 stars for the artistry of nailing my old-fashioned cappuccino every day. I haven't eaten there yet but others have said the food is good, and they have savoury mince on the menu and a yummy cakes selection, which are pretty good indicators that they know what they're doing!  Quick & professional staff, with a queue of caffeine addicts in the morning.

Great coffee if you prefer more bitterness in the coffee. A large coffee is seemly cheaper than most other coffee shop around the campus!

Best hot chocolate in Uni compared with merlo, Darwin..... it is not too sweet for me. love the taste But the chicken pasta is below average. the sauce is spicy.

Coffee taste good, but it take 10mins to wait for just a ham croissant and the staff bring out food without asking order someone order after me get their things first and only EDUCATE me to wait at the RIGHT PLACE when both us wait at the same place.

Of all the coffee I've had at uq, Wordsmiths has to be the best! They use bonsoy and not vitasoy which is a must if you care about milk options

Nice outdoor seating, the coffee is middle of the road, the wait can be long during peak hours, and yes you have to watch out for ibises hiding in the tree above the tables. But beware of the milkshake, I ordered the banana version and what I got was a vomit-yellow sugar syrup with an radioactive glow. Fearless as I am, I drank half of it before I started to feel sick. On the plus side we now safe on the electricity bill since my hole body glows at night - good enough to read a book ;-
