Today 12/10/24 I bought Betadine 15ml sore throat gargle, RRP $15.99. Exactly the same product, I now find, is at Chemist Warehouse … for $8.99. Exactly half. Thanks Woolies! Rip off, once more. I wish you luck with the price gouging action. You will need it.

11/10/24 - we were infront of the display selections of the stainless coffee cups when the staff packing the shelves squeezes in next to my partner without saying “excuse me”. Me and my partner were just in awe and waited for her to finish packing the shelf and then we continued checking the stainless coffee cups a simple gesture could’ve been nice.

Great store, always clean and well maintained. I've heard a manager yelling and speaking to his staff very rudely on a few occasions which seams very unprofessional. The bakery is top notch, the manager there is doing an extremely impressive job.

On the whole it’s convenient and good for locals. Just a word coffee bean quality. Woolies now carries “ premium “ beans, ala campos and will and co. Just try finding a roast day to determine freshness. Good luck finding it. I normally buy from a good cafe and you normally pay around $ 45 and you’ll get  the roast date printed on it. So you know the optimum time for making your own espresso. Any bean that’s roasted and over a month old begins to go stale. 2 months old and it’s best used as a fertilizer.   I paid 34 for 1kg of a will & co which is normally $49 and it’s stale and tastes like yuk. I once paid full price for a campos and it was stale. Sure you can have a use by date by 2025 but it will taste like dish water. Dear coffee roasters don’t compromise your good beans by not having roast dates printed. Woolies execs I will never buy your beans again.

Great new shopping experience to the Shire it’s clean, fresh and inviting. Lots of variety and fully wheelchair accessible easy parking cannot complain about much at all.
