While shopping on 03/03/25 I had an interaction with an employee named 'Fey' at the self checkout counter that I feel could have been handled differently.nI noticed that Lady 'Fey' displayed a somewhat rude demeanor while servicing me at the self checkout. As someone who has previously worked in self-checkout at Woolworths and is currently employed in fashion retail, I understand firsthand the challenges of maintaining patience during busy periods. However, I believe that maintaining a positive attitude is especially important in customer-facing roles.nWhat concerned me most was her interaction with my kid during what appeared to be a promotional event for kids. I believe these moments present important opportunities to create positive shopping experiences for families.nI am in hopes that my feedback might contribute to improved customer service. Perhaps additional training or support could be beneficial during high-traffic promotional periods
I just got home and checked the receipt just to find out the Cashier scanned something I didn’t buy, and I paid for it but I don’t even have that product.The product was definitely from a lady before me.nnWhy is it that a customer has to go through every single detail by themselves when the person in service could just do their jobs better?
Easy to pop in and out with heaps of car spaces available. This woolies is big, bright and clean. There are fruit flies all over the fruit and veg though the past few times I visited. Otherwise I do recommend this woolies.
Pick up order via click and collect straight to boot. It’s a good option to avoid crowded stores. Efficient and speedy. This is a pretty big supermarket with a huge range of products. There is also a sushi bar and roast chooks. Good selection in the deli and the seafood bar as well as the butcher. They even have kangaroo and venison meat, not just the standard beef, lamb, pork and chicken. Good fresh fruit and veg section as well as herbs.
Great big Woolies with Dan Murphy’s right next door! I think this place needs some EV charging spots.
