We can’t fault Woollies. Clean and tidy. Friendly staff. A bit pricey though but you get what you pay for. The fresh deli is also worth it. Verity of salads. Ham leg for slow cooking if also worth it. Over all experience is that it is worth it.
There shelves are never stacked and it depends on what person you get is if they want to go out back and see if they have they product most people say no just because there lazy I think the costumer service inside store is the worst I have ever experienced ever
i havent got 20 minutes to wait in line while you chat to the person in-front of me about nothing to do with what their buying….move it along hussle!
Pretty disappointed. We ordered parcel pickup to save time heading out camping with the kids and we didn't know until we arrived at our camp site that over half of our shopping wasn't in our order. We got a refund but via the online AI robot called Olive, which it in itself felt like a dodge on providing real or personal customer service.
Maria is extremely rude, throws your groceries and fresh produce into bags. When asked if we can get bags we get ‘ PAPER?’. Not to mentioned she also was slamming down the paper bag holder. When our onions left behind flakes on her scales we got an ‘UGH’ when wiping them off onto the floor. Usually the experience is enjoyable with out going staff, although Maria is the complete opposite of a delight.
