Full range. Not enough staff. Self service is slow. Need more staff at the registers. Can be messy. Customer service is a hit and miss if you don't want to work in retail/customer service, why are you there?
Worst ever. Went to customer service desk as i needed a opal card with four item's. Got told i needed to go to front desk, so self served my items and same staff watched me self serve then came to serve me at front desk. I find the staff lack customer skills, the delivery always is wrong and a lack of staff on the tills warrant a 0.5 out of 10 for the third year running.
This is a great store can just about always find what I need at a good price.nRegular specials and fantastic range of products.nStore is kept well stocked and up to date and clean .nParking is good options of roof top or underground parking.
I was horrified at the Deli counter - customer service person had no gloves on and touched food.nAlso long wait for checkout service - new operator opened up but did not ask for those waiting to come first.nWon’t go back in a hurry.
Great place to shop specials that are out of stock at Woolworths Hornsby.
