Great store... I've been shopping there for 20+ years
Great customer service- lots of small talk and very helpful.nVery clean and stocked.
Staff at service counter stand their, gossiping and swearing, listening and using their phones and not doing a great deal of work. If you raise this with any other staff they just fob you off.nnThey seem to think it’s such a cushy job and don’t have much a matter of urgency or sense of politeness and don’t forget lacking of spacial awareness.nnDisgusting behaviour. Been coming to this store since I was young and won’t be coming anymore due to this classes catastrophe of a store owner allowing such poor staff to be hired.
Seriously, what is up with the old blonde woman at the self-service checkout today 6/6/23!? Major attitude and rudeness towards me for no reason what's so ever! Because I am just waiting in line minding my own business, you think it's okay to ask me to move in the rudest tone possible then stand right in front of me to literally block me from accessing any of the registers! You have major issues lady that you clearly need to work on, and that fact you work in customer service is just super worrying with you being such a horrible person and all - learn some manners especially at your age, you would think you'd know better!
Walked out after not being able to get normal check out just many self check outs after having most of the normal checkouts removed from the store. Not going back for any reason.
