This is a relatively new Woolworths so everything looks clean & fresh. Open market style fresh food area. Plenty of parking
Location central and staff lovely. However delivery drivers dashers etc are.obnoxious, jump the queue, and refuse to get in line lile everyone else. This results in backed up queue into carpark.nI even had a female driver order me to circle round so she could leave!nStaff are constantly accosted by these drivers who are at them the moment the door is opened. They have no option but to get the drivers all out before those of us with booked orders. This needs addressed. Not fair to staff. I called the store recently after sitting for 15 minutes, to report this and the kid just kinda scoffed. Major.issue that will drive customers away due to the drivers aggression.
I've been keeping note of prices in this store relative to my local coles in Brisbane. This Woolworths and seemingly all Woolworths are at scam level prices. The same items are regularly on sale in Coles. Woolworths you'll rarely find more than 1 sale item in an entire product shelf. E.g chocolate might have one half price or chips might have one style Doritos half price. Everything else is maximum price. As you can see for this product. Coles have $4 for one or if you wanted 2 for $8. Whereas Woolworths pretending to have a bargain are 1 for $7 or 2 for $12. Meaning you can get 3 of the item at Coles and 2 at Woolworths. I questioned a staff member and he said the product owners set the price. Blatant lies. I should report them to fair trading. I have no idea how they have customers
Think this more about online shopping, often all the fresh produce is lacking... Empty veg , Empty meat, Empty bread, Empty milk. Yes ,...easy shopping.. not too many people, great staff,.... but if the shelves that hold the esssent8ate Empty,... No point in going there... Very frustrating
Brand new woollies opened on the 25th of June 22. It was massive and had really good produce and product in all sections.nnDeli and counter staff were lovely too. Convenient spot with all of the new apartments in the Gabba.
