Clean and well presented store, Ash the store manager is fantastic if you ever need assistance.nAlso have you seen the big Christmas tree at the front of the store!! Impressive
This is our local Woolies, which we've been coming to since they first opened nearly 2 years ago. It was great at first but has steadily gotten worse and worse. Shelves are regularly empty, and I'm talking about pandemic levels. Weekly specials are mislabelled, and I've been charged incorrectly on several occasions. When I bring it in to return, I am scolded by a junior staff member that I can't return for whatever reason and that it's against policy. It's only when I start getting angry and have to ask for the manager to get it resolved. Management and customer service haven't been able to cope with the growth and increased demand in the area. These photos were taken on a Sunday just after lunch.
Constantly out of products. Shelves are consistently empty. When shelves aren't empty, the fruit and vegetables are on the edge of going off, or are already mouldy and off.nnMeat is stacked up that goes off in a day or two, breads are the same.nnWent tonight, no eggs, no chicken, no milk, no garlic, a lot of fruit and vegetables missing. Always just running low or out of all the staples.nnYou'd think after being here for so long they can stock the store accordingly but it's a never ending issue.
Very friendly helpful staff. Really go out of their way to assist. Great produce and it's not as busy as other woolworths so it's a better shopping experience.
Brand new store located in Wooloogabba South City Square, the carpark is located just off Mountjoy Street.nnCarpark is easy to access and has plenty of parks, there is ticketless entry and the carpark has charging stations for your EV cars.nnThe shop itself looks amazing and has plenty of friendly team. Stock levels through the store are fantastic and the quality is second to none.nnThe store is quite large with a generous amount of floorspace and plenty of space to move around.nnThere is a very large range of stock at this shop and features many premium range lines you may not find elsewhere, my favourite being the ice coffee selection and premium cheeses!nnThere is a BWS located accross the lobby area for your drinks to pair with your food!
