the spatial awareness of the staff at this store is abysmal. blocking entire isles and sections of the store with the pick packing trolleys and refusing to move them when there’s people clearly trying to get around or look at something. a young girl had a regular trolley and pick packing trolley blocking the entire milk section as she very painfully and slowly scanned each bottle of milk, refusing to move for the multiple people trying to get milk. then had the nerve to give me a dirty look when i moved a trolley out of the way so i could get something, crazy!nnself service staff also aren’t shy of accusing people of stealing. once had an older staff member shout at me to open my handbag while i was the only person in the self serve at 10pm.

This Woolworths store operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays making it a very convenient option for travellers, shift workers, and anyone needing groceries at any time.
Well it's open 24 hours, which is a massive positive. However like all the woolworths chains, they employ people who aren't ever the best placed to be in custom service. They are across the board highly judgemental, pull up paying customers, good people and proceed to falsely accuse and accost them for shoplifting, have called police only to find that the staff member has falsely accused customer and the police have verified this after lengthy stop, detain and search of customer all belongings and other staff who served customer verified innocence. Sum up woolworths staff members actually lie and falsely accuse purposely attempt to sabotage innocent paying customer and attempt at defamation of character paying customer of shop theft, while out walks hundreds of $$ worth of stock of actual thieves, often trolleys full or bags full. It's a strange occurrence and thing to do, but assume its got to do with lacking in personal and profile lives?? Idk but contact the corporation about this & theys like you...makes you happy your a IGA, local grocer, ALDI or coles customer.
