I come into this store at least twice a week, and I see the same young lady every time. Issey, she is such a great young employee she is always so kind to me and is GREAT at her job. When I see her she always greets me and packs my bags perfectly. Thank you! I will be returning.
It is easier to everything you need here.nPlus, this is the only place I can find my favourite bread, 7 Seeds & Grains Hi Fibre Low GI Loaf 750g, and it is only $3.90. Bargain!
It is not a bad Woolworths, a bit limited with some items, but I am sick of having bad click and collect experiences hence the bad star rating. Time and time again I have bags missed and have to go back to collect, which is challenging with small children, damaged items from poor packing, bad substitutes I'm sorry, but my 4 month old baby does actually need size 2 nappies and doesn't fit into the larger sizes yet or poor quality items this week I had mouldy grapes and pork that was 5 days past it's used by.nYes I will get a refund, but it doesn't bring back the time required to go in-store and replace all these items. Also there is no way of speaking to an actual human when you call the number, just the AI assistant, who is not helpful at all. Please do better.

Stood in line patiently again this morning with only 3 items to buy. The elderly lady infront had 2 weeks of groceries to buy nad was also waiting behind another elderly person with almost the same amount of groceries. This was before 8am, only 1 checkout open, the express line is always closed unless you want cigarettes then surprise 5 peolple will turn up to serve. Watched 5 staff doing click orders in aisles, 1 staff at kiosk, 1 standing in self serve and 1 staff just watching. Always for profit no customer service anymore.
