Stood in line patiently again this morning with only 3 items to buy. The elderly lady infront had 2 weeks of groceries to buy nad was also waiting behind another elderly person with almost the same amount of groceries. This was before 8am, only 1 checkout open, the express line is always closed unless you want cigarettes then surprise 5 peolple will turn up to serve. Watched 5 staff doing click orders in aisles, 1 staff at kiosk, 1 standing in self serve and 1 staff just watching. Always for profit no customer service anymore.
A young man named Isaac cooper helped me with my grocery’s and was very polite. Spoke well and and I think he is an exceptional worker. Been going to this Woolworths my hole life and can I say Isaac is the nicest young worker I have met so far. I’m sure the rest of the staff are lovely and I enjoy grocery shopping every-time here.
It is easier to everything you need here.nPlus, this is the only place I can find my favourite bread, 7 Seeds & Grains Hi Fibre Low GI Loaf 750g, and it is only $3.90. Bargain!
I am writing to raise a serious concern about a staff member, Peter, who works as the trolley attendant at Woolworths Sandgate.nnDuring my recent visit, I observed him behaving in a way that was quite disappointing. He was noticeably rude to members of the public, speaking abruptly and dismissively when customers tried to pass or ask questions. I also witnessed him being unnecessarily unfriendly and short with two charity workers positioned near the entrance.nnMore concerning was the way he handled the trolleys. He appeared careless while pushing long rows of them and I saw him bump into people with the trolleys without offering any apology or checking if they were okay. This created an unsafe and uncomfortable environment for shoppers.nnCustomer service and basic courtesy are important in a busy supermarket setting, and unfortunately this experience did not reflect those standards. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and addressed appropriately
Floor staff superbnThey need to accommodate for large carts of shopping groups and elderly who find scanning through self serve daunting. I am not paid to do my own scanning, and no checkouts available before 8am and then only 1 is utterly ridiculous. I stopped my $600+ a week shop there because I couldn't get a checkout operator before 8am
