Ridiculous customer service, strong attitude to customer and refused to provide name.nnHave been waiting at the service desk for5-10mins, didnt acknowledge the wait, normally staff works at other woolworth would help with the customers who are waiting at the service desk. If she is too busy, she can close the line for normal purchases which she didnt, just acted like she was really busy.nnI purchased the light bulb fromWooli creek woolsworths, one of the light bulb is flickering when I install it. Told her that was the issue, she said she cannot see any damage, can only offer a store credit. I then asked her to try it if she doesnt believe me, she said next time if you bring a broekn light bulb then maybe she can refund not providing credit. Be honest, it wasn't the problem with the store credit, it was her attitude. Also how can you see her suggestion is encouraging people yo damage the product for refund, which is a shame for woolworths to have her as a staff.
Very disappointing to see only two cashiers open on A Monday morning when it’s very busy, they expect customers to use their extended SELF SERVE ! Cashiers are slow and overworked there is a Indian manager who just wanders around doing nothing rather than opening another register! If you want us to scan our own items and pack our own items give us an incentive and charge less !!! After the profit Woolies has shown they should hire more staff and train them properly!!!
This lady from Woolies Rockdale was very rude. When we scanned our basket at the self checkout she approached us very aggresively saying we should watch out if there are other scanned products already on the screen because there was an unpaid item from the last customer. She then slammed the product we were buying to the side. It is not the customer's responsibility to watch out for what's going on at the self checkout, the self checkout attendent is the one who needs to be mindful of all the activities in the area. When a situation like this arises, she could've just inform us that there is another product on the screen and remove it. Her attitude is completely unacceptable and it made my partner and I very uncomfortable. Very disappointing experience at woolies.
I went to woolworths today around 3.30pm to do some grocery shopping. I saw a large amount of the orange put in the wrong price. When I was in check out and ask the leady to check the price. She went with me and not allow to give me the price on showing. It's really funny she fix in front of me the orange in proper place. She also call produce team member to fix the price but not give me. As I am work in different store in woolworths so I know the proper rules but as my asian skin color she just ignor me and show me its my fault.nHonestly speak is not a big deal for me but I realise that when I enter the store as a customer not a worker what kind of attitude the team member are present to customer. Attention to the store manager please fix your team for kind of this simple issue...nThanks
Jing was very patient and helpful!nYesterday I was having troubles with a trolley- Jing was kind enough to help me get another trolley and move all my shopping from one trolley to the other. Nice to see that there is polite assistance from the youth.
