I went to woolworths today around 3.30pm to do some grocery shopping. I saw a large amount of the orange put in the wrong price. When I was in check out and ask the leady to check the price. She went with me and not allow to give me the price on showing. It's really funny she fix in front of me the orange in proper place. She also call produce team member to fix the price but not give me. As I am work in different store in woolworths so I know the proper rules but as my asian skin color she just ignor me and show me its my fault.nHonestly speak is not a big deal for me but I realise that when I enter the store as a customer not a worker what kind of attitude the team member are present to customer. Attention to the store manager please fix your team for kind of this simple issue...nThanks
This lady from Woolies Rockdale was very rude. When we scanned our basket at the self checkout she approached us very aggresively saying we should watch out if there are other scanned products already on the screen because there was an unpaid item from the last customer. She then slammed the product we were buying to the side. It is not the customer's responsibility to watch out for what's going on at the self checkout, the self checkout attendent is the one who needs to be mindful of all the activities in the area. When a situation like this arises, she could've just inform us that there is another product on the screen and remove it. Her attitude is completely unacceptable and it made my partner and I very uncomfortable. Very disappointing experience at woolies.
This place is so dodgy. There's a scam running with a free cottage cheese for everyday rewards extra members. The cottage cheese available is 50 grams bigger than the free one and the free one is nowhere to be found. 90% of people won't check their receipt like I do. Quite often items here have higher than marked prices and I've caught them out a dozen times. I've even seen expired cookie dough being sold here. I wish I didn't live so close to this Woolworths
There are no queues at automated checkouts now, people cut ahead all the time. Staff say there's nothing they can do. Until last year staff directed customers to the next free checkout.nThis discriminates against older people, people with vision impairment and disabled people in general.
Staff are friendly and willing to help except for a handful few. But avoid visiting after 7 as staff start filling up products for the other day.nnOnly deduction is that I lost my umbrella here, just a minute after paying my groceries. When I walked back, I asked staff if they see one and they said it’s out of their business. Disappointing!
