Not happy with their service today. Can someone explain me how the scan policy works? Because I went today around midday to buy olives and they marked $2.30 when I scanned it, and shelf price was $1.95. I asked the staff member to apply the scan policy and she completely refused saying “she was already fixing the price”. So I wonder, why this policy exists if the staff members are not going to apply it, and also she was rude and not helpful at all, she had this attitude like I wanted to take advantage of her, even after showing her the policy myself. Once again, what’s the point of having this policy? Someone explain me please. So disappointed of your service
Not a bad place to shop if you need some supplies in a pinch. There’s a BWS, Barber and News Agent among other stores. The woolies is quieter than others most of the time but for some reason still seems to run low on goods half the time.
Who does the ordering for this store? There is always multiple essential items out of stock at this site, had an online order cancelled because they couldn't supply a majority of items and it wasn't enough to cover 50 items delivered.
Shops nice and big and clean, has a good selection, friendly staff
Yea is a good clean shop with friendly staff and easy to find things but not as good as hermit park shopping centre where I go the most out of all wollworths
