I have gotten off meat from here plenty of times, throw it out everytime and just say to myself its on me for buying meat from this place, today I bought a 1kg mince that was 5 days from expiring, got home cut it open, this insanelty strong sour smell hits me in the face, followed by an amazing rotten smell after.nnthen I drive back, frustrated, buy 2 500g packs that are both also 5 days from expiring, same thing, this is the last time I buy from this joke of a woolworths.
The online order service they are very very bad. You when to pick up order and they make you wait for so long. And if you were ask for your order they said to cancel the order. They are very very poor online service. I don’t want to go and pick up any order from this shop woollies Richland. The Woollies at Richland should look for other good people to work for them not those you abused and not respect customer.nI don’t wasted my time go and face with this woollies staff. I hope woollies shop in Richland will looking on to this. Otherwise the company will loose their money the way the staff treated people no one is wanted to treat them like that.nWow wow wow very very bad.
Very disappointed in the state of this store lately. Some shelves look like they've been trashed, at only 7:45 in the morning. The freezers were the worst today. Took me 15 minutes to find gluten free fish because nothing was in the correct place, and there were even broken/open boxes on the shelf. Then got to the checkout to find the gluten free brownies were out of date so they couldn't be purchased, with no other stock on the shelf. What happened to presentation to make shopping a quick and efficient experience??
Weird you guys have a full sized woolies, but no deli! its a pretty busy set of shops there...today I wanted to buy a few things, including a few dollars worth of different hams, there was only the prepacked stuff, which definitely is too much for 1 that I wanted. I walked out getting nothing, im not going to bother buying the other stuff I wanted just so I have to stop and get the correct amounts of stuff I wanted from the delivery, ill go elsewhere.
The main anchor tenant at Richlands Plaza, a medium size store busy undergoing an upgrade at the moment. A tidy store with all the regular stock and produce that you would expect from Woolies. I did find that there were only a few self check-out tills as well as a few manned tills. When it's busy there's a bit of a back-up.
